This quote sums up the way I approach conversations, parenting, camping, and fly fishing. I suppose it comes from my grandfather and how there were some people who just couldn’t understand what the hell he was talking about, or why. After years of research, I conclude life is decidedly more fun this way. Questioning reality and the unlikeliness of our existence on a small blue planet in the middle of an endless universe makes it all the more comical. So, you do you, and I’ll do me. But we should try to experience the vast beauty of nature together and we’ll find that middle ground where we nod those heads instead of shaking them.
